Free estate planning webinars

Frazier Law Team

In celebration of National Estate Planning Awareness Week, Attorney Charles R. Frazier is hosting free, 1-hour Estate Planning 101 webinars on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Among other things, this workshop answers questions like:

  • What does “estate planning” mean? Isn’t that just for rich people?
  • What is the difference between a will and a trust?
  • At what age should I start planning for my death or other occurrences that may leave me incapacitated?
  • What is “probate administration?”

This workshop is useful for all Tennessee residents as remote (virtual) will-signing is being allowed throughout the state due to the current health emergency our entire nation is battling.

Charles will be conducting the webinar virtually and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions. Two time slots are available for the webinars.
